It is important to keep your loans up to date on your Savi account to ensure that your repayment plan and forgiveness estimates are accurate. You may need to edit your loan information in the Loans Section of the Savi Tool in instances such as:
- Loans have been paid off/forgiven
- Loans have been consolidated and/or moved to a different servicer
- Duplicate loans or loans that are showing more than once
To remove or update loans that are showing in your Savi account, follow these steps:
If you Consolidated your Loans
- Click Confirm Consolidation on your Dashboard.
- You will see a pop-up that says "Confirm" Click Sync Loans
- Next, click the ✏ or "edit" icon for the loans that you consolidated.
- Last, scroll all the way down to the button which says "Include in Repayment Calculation" and turn it off. Make sure to Save your changes.
After you've turned off those loans you consolidated, you can then add your new consolidation loan to your account!
- Click the Green button which says "+ SYNC LOANS"
- Choose your Servicer where your new consolidation loan is
- Log in with the exact same credentials as you would if you were on the loan provider's website portal.
If your Loans Changed Servicers
1. Click on Continue Application for General Information. Choose Loans from the navigation menu on the left hand side.
2. Next, click the ✏ or "edit" icon for the loans that you want to disable. These are the loans at your old servicer.
3. Last, scroll all the way down to the button which says "Include in Repayment Calculation" and turn it off. Make sure to Save your changes.
After you've turned off those loans, you can then add your new Servicer's loans to your account!
- Click the Green button which says "+ SYNC LOANS"

- Log in with the exact same credentials as you would if you were on the loan provider's website portal.
