Sometimes, we encounter connectivity issues between our integration (Spinwheel) and your student loan provider. There is usually not much we can do about this and the issue typically resolves itself within about 24 hours, so you can always try syncing again tomorrow!
If you are still experiencing issues after a few days, however, here are some troubleshooting steps that may help you out:
-
Sync via Spinwheel (possibly at a later time)
-
- Click the "Sync Loans" button, and then choose the Phone Number option
- Enter your phone number and DOB
- You will then receive a text message to authenticate Spinwheel
- Your loans will then be synced to your Savi account
-
-
Enter Loan Manually
-
It helps to have the disbursement date, loan type, original/current balance, and interest rate information handy for this option. You should be able to access this from your loan servicer’s website.
