At Savi, we base our memberships on the calendar year. This approach ensures that our services align with common student loan processes, such as Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) applications and Employer Certification Forms (ECF), which typically only need to be submitted once per year.
Why the Calendar Year?
Borrowers are usually required to submit their IDR applications or ECF forms only once annually. However, regardless of the timing of these submissions, your Savi membership remains active for the full calendar year. This means you’ll continue to have access to all the features of your Savi dashboard and the full support of our Customer Service team throughout the year.
What This Means for You:
Full Year Access: Even though you may submit forms once a year, you have full access to your Savi dashboard and Savi Customer Support for the entire calendar year.
Ongoing Support: If you have any questions or need assistance—whether it's about your loan servicer's communications, updates to your repayment plan, or anything else—our Savi experts are here to help, no matter when you need us.
