If you are stuck in the “Loans” section, it's likely that there is still some action required on your end! In order to move forward, you will need to clarify some information about your loans. By following these steps, you will be able to proceed past this page:

Make sure you are logged into your Savi account

Navigate to the “Application Dashboard”

From there, navigate to the “Loans” section by using the left-hand side navigation panel

Select the small, pen icon to the right-hand side of each loan for which the pen appears orange

Review any highlighted messages and enter the missing/required information for each respective loan
