After you have completed the Savi application and have chosen an IDR to enter, you will just need to complete a few more simple steps for us to submit your application for you.
1) Upload your income documentation
a) You will be asked to upload documentation which verifies your AGI. Depending on your situation this can be your 1040, 140 EZ, W2s, Paystubs etc...
b) If you do not see the documentation you want to use from the list provided, you can chose any option and upload whichever document you would like to use
c) If you run into any issues uploading your forms or continuing to the next step please reach out to CS and they would be happy to help
2) Add you Social Security Number
a) This is required for your IDR application and will be used on the form only
3) Add your signature
a) The last step is to draw your signature. This is how your signature will appear on your IDR application
Once you complete the three above steps you can view your filled in IDR application by clicking the link available. If you have any questions you can reach out to CS. If you are ready to submit, you would click SUBMIT IDR FORM and we will submit your form to your servicer.
