I can’t click the “Next” button
This usually means:
A required field is missing
A date or cost field is incomplete
👉 Scroll up and look for any highlighted or empty fields.
My school doesn’t show up in search
Click School not found
Enter the school information manually
Click the green Next button
My document won’t upload
Check that:
The file is not password protected
The file is a PDF, JPG, or PNG
The file size is reasonable (try under 10MB)
I accidentally added the wrong expense
Click Discard Changes (if visible), or
Remove the expense and click + New Expense to re-add it correctly
I submitted but forgot a document
Go back to your dashboard
Open your request
Contact Support who can help add the required document
