We can help you upload forms using two options.
Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM EST you can reach out via Live Chat:
1. Please click HELP or CHAT in the lower right of your screen
2. Click the GET IN TOUCH option to connect to a live customer success agent agent
3. Attach any signed documents to be added to your account, enter a message stating that you are wanting to upload your ECF to your Savi account and click SEND
4. The customer success agent will add the form to your account and send you confirmation
Anytime you can reach out via email:
1. On your Savi dashboard, click on Contact Support in the lower left of your screen
2. Click Send a Message
3. Enter a message stating that you are wanting to upload your ECF to your Savi account and click SEND
4. You will then receive a reply in your email letting you know you can attach a document. Please attach any signed documents to be added to your account and reply.
5. A customer success agent will add the form to your account and send you confirmation within 1-3 business days.
