You can now upload and manage your student loan documents directly within your Savi account. This new feature is available to all users and all partners—no Premium plan required.
📍 Where to Find the Upload Tool

Log in to your Savi account.

From the dashboard, click Uploaded Documents on the left-hand menu under User Profile.
📤 How to Upload a Document

Click the blue Upload Document button at the top of the Uploaded Documents page.

A pop-up will appear asking you to select the document type.

Choose from the following:

Student Loan Data File (NSLDS)
A.txt
file found under My Aid when you log into your FSA account. -
Master Promissory Note
A.pdf
file found under My Documents in your FSA account. -
Qualifying Payment Count Letter
Sent via mail or email after submitting an Employment Certification Form. -
Other Loan Documentation
Additional files in.pdf
,.png
, or.jpg
formats (e.g., correspondence from loan servicers).

Select your file and upload it. It will appear in the list under “Uploaded Documents” with the file type and upload date.

Uploading is optional, but highly recommended to:
