For your privacy and the security if your information, all Savi users require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) of their account, to prevent unauthorized access.
How it works: Our system will send a code (instantly) via text to the mobile number you entered when you registered your account. Once you receive that code, enter it in using the device you just tried logging in with. Then you should gain access to your Savi account.
To change the phone number associated with your Savi account, while you are logged into your account, click on your name/email address in the upper right hand corner, and click the "My Profile" option. On the next page, select "Update Phone" section.
If you are not able to receive the code to change your phone number, or are otherwise stuck on the Multi-Factor Authentication page because you no longer have access to that phone number, please email partners@bysavi.com with the correct or new phone number, and we will update it for you.
