Savi works directly with some employers in making sure that all of the documents, including Employment Certification Forms (ECFs) get sent to the correct employer representative. Some employers, however, require listing out a specific employer email address where all of the documents need to be sent.
It looks like when you entered in your employment information for one of your employers, you did not click on the verified employer from the drop down menu. This can be easily corrected by going back to the employment page, entering your employer name, and clicking on the correct name from the provided drop down menu. This will automatically fill in the correct HR email on your ECF.
If you see an error message like this, you will need to go to the employment page and select a verified employer from the dropdown list.
Verified employers will have a blue checkmark next to the employer name (as shown below). After you select a verified employer, you should move forward to the Start New ECF page, where the correct HR email will be auto populated.
