The following steps will only be necessary if you have not completed your 2025 General Information Application. If you have completed your 2025 Application, you will not be able to update your loans, however if a new IDR Application needs to be sent to your loan servicer, the customer support team can help.
If your loans have moved to a new servicer, follow these steps to add the new servicer to your account:
- Log into your account at bysavi.com
- On the dashboard, click Continue General Application
- On the left-hand side under Estimate, click Loans
- Click on all of the loans that are no longer applicable. Click on the pencil icon and toggle off “Included in Repayment Calculations”
You will now add your new servicer to your account.
- Click on "+ Add Loan"
- You can choose Student Loan Data File, entering your phone number, or manually entering your loan servicer information. You can find instructions on syncing loans here.
- If you are unable to click Next, please address any errors with a loan. You will see an orange pencil icon next to any loan that needs to be reviewed. Click on the pencil and answer any questions that are highlighted, and click Save.
Your new servicer and loans will now be synced to your Savi account.
